Welcome to Recruitment Registration for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Panhellenic Primary Recruitment for Spring 2026! We are so glad you have made the decision to join a Panhellenic sorority here at RPI!
Panhellenic Primary Recruitment is the process to join one of RPI's three (3) Panhellenic sororities: Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Phi and Pi Beta Phi! Our community of chapter leaders are excited to welcome you and our Recruitment Guides (Rho Gammas), will be here to assist you throughout your experience.
Following your registration, we ask that you join our Flare Community Chat through this link here (you will have to download the app first!): Flare Community Chat - Spring Recruitment 2026!
Flare will be our main source of communication from Panhellenic to our Potential New Members starting now and throughout recruitment! Additionally, follow us on instagram to find public announcements and information to come regarding what to expect for recruitment, at @rpipanhellenic!
ACADEMIC & FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
While Panhellenic Council does not set or require a specific grade point average to join, all Panhellenic sororities at RPI do set requirements for membership. The minimum cumulative grade point average requirement to join our three (3) Panhellenic sororities is at/or above 2.50. If you register for recruitment but do not meet the minimum 2.50 GPA requirement at the start of formal recruitment, you will unfortunately, not be eligible to participate and be unenrolled.
Being a member of a Panhellenic sorority comes with a financial commitment and so we encourage you to ask questions of the organizations. All of our organizations try to be very transparent about the cost associated with membership as the first semester of membership for most can be expensive. However, most of our organizations do provide a variety of payment plans for those who may need to take advantage of such accommodation.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Recruitment will begin Monday, January 26 and end Sunday, February 1. Should you have any schedule conflicts or other questions, comments, or conerns about RPI Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, please contact Emily Beane, Vice President of Recruitment for the Panhellenic Council, at rpi.panhel.vpr@gmail.com!
We look forward to you finding your place within our community!
