ACADEMIC & FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

While Panhellenic Council does not set or require a specific grade point average to join, all Panhellenic sororities at RPI do set requirements for membership. The minimum cumulative grade point average requirement to join our three (3) Panhellenic sororities is at/or above 2.50. If you register for recruitment but do not meet the minimum 2.50 GPA requirement at the start of formal recruitment, you will unfortunately, not be eligible to participate and be unenrolled.

Being a member of a Panhellenic sorority comes with a financial commitment and so we encourage you to ask questions of the organizations. All of our organizations try to be very transparent about the cost associated with membership as the first semester of membership for most can be expensive. However, most of our organizations do provide a variety of payment plans for those who may need to take advantage of such accommodation.
